Bartın Belediyesi Bartın il sınırlarının belediye işlerini yürüten devlet kuruluşudur. Bartın Belediyesinin mevcut belediye başkanı Celal Köse’dir.

Bartın Belediyesi Personel Çalışma Ortamı

Bartın Belediyesi, Bartın ilinin merkezinde yer almakta ve merkezi konumu sayesinde belediye personellerine kolaylık sağlamaktadır. Bartın ilinin çok büyük olmaması nedeniyle ulaşım belediye binasına oldukça kolaydır ve toplu taşıma araçları ile ulaşım sağlanabilmektedir.

Bartın Belediyesi personelleri 08.00/17.00 saatleri arasında çalışmakta ve öğle arası 1 saatlik molaları bulunmaktadır.  Hafta sonu mesaisi bulunmamaktadır.

Bartın Belediyesi Sosyal Olanaklar

Hak-İş sendikası ile Bartın Belediyesi Personel Limited Şirketi arasında toplu iş sözleşmesi imzalanmış ve bu sözleşme sonrası belediye personelleri birçok yan hakkı kazanmıştır.

Bartın Belediyesi Personel Sendikal Hakları

Bartın Belediyesi sendikal haklar şunlardır;

  • Bartın Belediyesi personellerinin ücretlerine birinci yıl ilk altı ay %25, ikinci altı ay %5, ikinci yıl ilk altı ay %5, ikinci altı ay %5, üçüncü yıl ise 9 ay için %6 zam yapıldı. 
  • Personellerin sosyal haklarda %100’e varan iyileştirme sağlandı
  • Bartın Belediyesi personel şirketinde çalışan işçilere 55 yevmiye tutarındaki ikramiyesi yapılan ek protokolde 60 yevmiye olarak belirlendi.
  • Birinci yıl 5+5 ikinci yılda 5+6 olmak üzere maaş zammı
